Expert Crafting Tips
Want a gorgeous way to add mosquito repellant candles to your outdoor party? Produce plenty of floating mosquito repellant candles as decorations in your yard and display them proudly throughout your yard. Unscented floating candles can be purchased locally at craft stores or online.
Fresh rosemary or lavender branches provide extra protection from mosquitos; however, faux greenery works just as effectively.
Use wide mouth mason jars of any size that have wide mouths to accommodate floating candles. If using larger than 16oz jars, double the recipe required per candle so as to not dilute its mixture too much.
Spring and summer are among our most beloved times of year, but with them comes bugs such as mosquitos. I like being able to enjoy sitting on my porch in peace without constantly having to swat at mosquitos – insert these DIY mosquito repellent candles! Which ones will you try first?
